ATTUNE
$75.00

Most of us move through the day processing information, managing noise, and rarely stopping long enough to actually feel where we are.

ATTUNE is a two-hour guided experience in the urban forest designed to bring you back to your senses — literally. We’ll walk to the Ramble, find a sit spot and you'll be guided through each of your senses, one at a time, learning to hear, see, smell, and feel your environment in ways you've likely stopped noticing.

Grounded in the practice of forest bathing and supported by reflective journaling, this experience gently unwires you from overstimulation and rewires you to the present moment.

You'll leave quieter inside, more grounded in your body, and surprised by how much was always there waiting to be noticed.

What to Expect

  • We move slowly — this is not a hike. Comfortable walking shoes and a willingness to pause are all you need.

  • Your guide will lead the group through a series of sensory invitations, spending dedicated time with each sense — sound, sight, touch, smell, and more.

  • Between each sensory experience, you'll have a few minutes to journal with a simple prompt. No writing experience necessary — even a few words or a sketch is enough.

  • There will be moments of silence. They are intentional, and most people find them to be the best part.

  • We'll close with a brief group share — optional, never pressured — before a gentle return.

  • Bring a journal or notebook, a pen. Water is always a good idea.

  • Weather-dependent. In the event of rain, registered participants will have the option to reschedule at no charge.
