What does it mean to awaken your wild self? In this spring ritual renewal workshop, you'll learn the basics. There will be guided visualization, intention setting, and a short walk to the Ramble, where we will commune with the more-than-human world. Spring is an invitation to awaken, shed the old, and step into the energy of renewal. Whether you're seeking clarity, creativity, or a deeper connection to your wild self, this experience will help you align with the rhythms of spring and step forward with intention.

  • Attending the Spring Renewal: Awaken Your Wild Self event was nothing short of transformational. From the moment I arrived, I felt held in a sacred space that allowed me to slow down and truly arrive in the present moment. The guided meditation was beautifully led—it gently peeled away the noise and helped me reconnect with my breath, my body, my memories of wild connection and the earth beneath me.

    One of the most powerful moments was the ritual of release. Letting go of old stories and stagnant energy in such an intentional, supported way was deeply healing. I didn’t realize how much I’d been carrying until I let it float away on the water.

    By the end of the program, I felt reawakened—like I’d remembered something ancient and true. The connection to nature, the elements, and to myself - I left feeling grounded, renewed, and inspired to keep living in alignment with the natural world. I can’t recommend this experience enough.

  • Attending Dana’s Wild Willpower workshop on a beautiful spring Saturday morning in Fayetteville was a truly enriching experience. Over the course of two thoughtful hours, our small group engaged in meaningful conversation, followed by a brisk walk that gently transitioned us into a deeper connection with nature along the banks of an urban creek. Despite being in the city, the setting felt worlds away—alive with the scent of wildflowers, the sound of water and birds, and the vibrant colors of spring—all awakening the senses in the most grounding way.
