This Earth Day, Meet the One Who Still Speaks Tree
It’s Earth Day.
And while we believe the Earth deserves celebration every single day—with every breath we take and every drop of water that circulates within us—we’re also grateful for this day.
Because in a world that so often forgets, today we remember.
Today, people all over the world are turning their attention, even briefly, back to the living world.
And that matters.
At ReWilding: Lab, we’re marking this moment in the best way we know how: through art, ritual, and remembering.
This Sunday, we’ll step into the heart of Fayetteville for Sundays on the Square, where we’ll offer Wild Twins—a participatory art experience and quiet invitation to speak on behalf of the natural world. To speak tree, cat, hawk, wolf—or any of the endless species that make up our Earth family.
We’ve shaped this piece with love, for Earth Day, yes—but also for the part of us all that aches to make contact with the more-than-human world. There’s a part of each of us that remembers our bonds, even if it’s been a long while since we thought about it.
🌿 Come find us on the Square this Sunday from noon to 4:00 p.m. Come as you are. Leave with a whisper from your wild twin.
This spring has already been alive with growth.
Our Spring Renewal Workshop unfolded in a circle of courageous hearts—ready to let go of the past and start anew in this regenerative season.
The spirit of that workshop lives on in what we’re growing here. It’s echoed in the response to our recent Psychology Today post, where we shared a glimpse of Biophilic Resonance—a concept I’ve been exploring for years. A hypothesis that our connection to the natural world isn’t something we simply learn, but something we remember—especially when awakened through the earth-based cultural traditions of our ancestors.
If that idea moves something in you, you’re not alone.
We’d love to welcome you into our next circle:
🌸 Activate Your Wild Willpower: May Workshop
A space to explore the difference between willpower and wild willpower through six powerful sensory experiences.
Reserve your spot here — spaces are limited.
This Earth Day, we’re not asking you to do more.
We’re inviting you to feel more.
To feel your way back into relationship with your siblings in the great web of life.
They are always closer than we think:
Earth beneath us. Breath within us. Water running through us.
Let’s remember.
